Minimum 11+ years in Business Analyst. Mandatory: Pharmacy Benefits Management and AS/400Knowledge. Location:Remote (USA) - The candidate should be located in EST or CST time zone. Requirements Experience in Business / Systems Analysis and Quality Assurance. Experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) projects. Able to understand AS/400 programs and navigate through AS/400 screens. Solid experience in writing SQL queries. Knowledge in generating process documentation. Experience in Agile/ Scrum process and writing user stories. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills. Projectrelated competencies Analysisand Solution Definition: Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of client's organisation and industry. Identifies client organisations strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement. Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
