Provide the leadership skills necessary to control the execution of the project tasks. Monitor all project activities and ensure timely and within-budget quality products. Responsibility for the successful delivery of products. Communicate and interact with mid and senior-level staff. Follow Project Management as determined by the agency. Participate in Change Management planning and meetings. Define purpose, scope, and objects for projects. Gather, document, and monitor project requirements. Monitor progress of the project and include in status reporting. Prepare a budget for projects. Conduct meetings. Establish professional relationships. Create and maintain the following: Project Schedule/Plan to include WBS RAID Log and Tracker Project Scope Project Charter Requirements Documentation Requirements Traceability Matrix Mandatory Requirements Experience (10+ Years) Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
