| Hi Contract Role: IST Testing ( Integrated solutions testing) and Automation Location: Dallas,TX || Bothell, WA- Onsite JD: Integrated Solutions Testing role is responsible for any/all functions involved in the quality assurance and test certification for new and existing digital applications and interfaces. Includes planning. implementing, and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing. Telco experience is preferred. Responsible for integrated testing and quality assurance for multiple digital projects, product flows and components, working closely across organization teams to define the optimal test cases and customer journeys, and implement quality procedures, standards and specifications. Using testing techniques, design, develop, analyze test plans and strategies, write and execute test cases, and troubleshoot defects for applications and follow them through to closure. Develops integrated testing solutions and test automation strategies to improve test execution, manual test coverage and the consistency of regression testing. Supports quality assurance responsibilities through the entire project lifecycle from initiation, planning, pre-production, staging and post-deployment testing execution. Responsible for analyzing test results, reporting test metrics, preparing & presenting status reports and defect root cause analysis. Ability to troubleshoot/triage defects and then work with cross functional teams to get the defect assigned to the correct application owner. Proactive/energetic/self-motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. Monitor trends and discover improvement opportunities using standard KPs, Root Cause Analysis to increase environment availability Ability to stretch often, support production testing for frequent releases including weekdays & weekends sometimes Expert in API testing & automation along with experience in Katalon tool Monitor chats, emails, boards and host working sessions with the impacted teams.
