Senior Business Systems Analyst Job Description Location : North Chesterfield, VA- Local strongly preferred (Onsite) Duration : 6+ months Interview : Face-to-Face JOB DESCRIPTION : No fake profiles Need someone who is having experience with State of Virginia(Strongly preferred) or any other federal or state experience. Lead Review and Analysis: Oversee the review, analysis, and evaluation of current business systems. Process Improvement: Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements. Requirement Gathering: Create and evaluate user requirements and system needs using techniques like Brainstorming, Data Mining, Document Analysis, and Interviews. Requirements Documentation: Produce requirements artifacts such as Field Definition Matrix, Business Rules, and Interface Requirements. Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis on existing requirements relative to current business needs. Change Management: Drive collaborative efforts to support organizational change management. Risk Analysis: Facilitate risk analysis activities. Testing and User Acceptance: Participate in creating project test plans and lead final user acceptance efforts with business stakeholders. Role Definition: Define roles and access rights for applications. Vendor Collaboration: Represent interests with vendors and collaborate to meet project needs. Training: Create training materials and provide end-user training. Required Skills and Qualifications DocuSign Experience: Developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, customizing form behaviors using JavaScript. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record. Analytical Skills: Strong organization, administrative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Organizational Change Management: Proficiency in organizational change management. SaaS Implementation: Experience implementing cloud-hosted Software As A Service (SaaS) solutions. Business Analysis Concepts: Understanding of business analysis concepts and risk assessment interpretation. Requirements Artifacts: Ability to produce test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles. Security Access Management: Manage security access and user profile management. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various groups within VSP and vendors to ensure requirements are vetted and documented. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate with internal customers in non-technical terms. Microsoft Products: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Required experience: (Full Onsite-100% in North Chesterfield.) DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including experience customizing form behaviors using JavaScript.
