Must possess exceptional analytical capabilities with substantial experience in managing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets. This includes proficiency in data visualization, reporting, storytelling, and making data-driven recommendations. Description of Role: The L&D Administrator & Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Learning & Development Governance with supplier partners and creating and analyzing L&D data to inform and optimize our training strategies. This role is central to ensuring the effective administration of our L&D initiatives and providing insightful analysis to support decision-making processes. This role supports the team by measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our learning initiatives and business ROI. The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems. Anchored in our global Customer Success & Operations (CX) The Global Learning & Development Team is responsible for overseeing the entire learning & development program for our contact centers. The team is responsible for learning & development initiatives, from new hire to initiative training. We are driving continuous improvements by setting clear processes and standards and managing L&D Governance with our partners and operations teams. The aim is to design engaging learning experiences that drive business impact and work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to tailor learning strategies and provide exceptional educational opportunities. In addition, our focus is on infusing analytical capabilities in the L&D space to inform decisions about learning strategy, learning solutions design, and investment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage L&D Governance with Supplier Partners, ensuring adherence to agreed standards and timelines. Conduct regular performance check-in meetings with suppliers, focusing on L&D Governance and Training Completion. Provide administrative support for L&D-related meetings, including those for evaluation, learning, and strategy. Compile and prepare monthly training forecasts and support annual budget forecasting for L&D. Monitor supplier compliance with Trainer certification process and report on findings. Maintain and manage training records, curriculum databases, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Coordinate and oversee the setup and maintenance of in-house and virtual training rooms and access. Handle Training Event Communications with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and manage SharePoint Communications and updates for L&D. Build and maintain reporting capabilities within Power BI, collaborating globally with our L&D partners to obtain data. Capture and analyze training program data to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements. Capture, analyze, and evaluate learner data to create a narrative around the employee learning experiences, including results measurement, impact, and ROI. Act as a key contributor to closing the feedback loop, identifying trends, determining improvements, and implementing change. Compile and communicate L&D performance reports and statistics to key stakeholders. Utilize Power BI, SQL (query writing), and other tools to build and maintain reporting capabilities. Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and global business needs. Support survey methodology and questionnaire and lead implementation efforts for data collection. Additional Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, particularly the ability to simplify complex data insights into understandable and actionable recommendations for diverse audiences. Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word are essential. Proven ability in managing projects, especially those involving data analysis and L&D initiatives. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is key. A degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field is highly desirable. Alternatively, significant demonstrable experience in a similar analytical role may be considered. A keen ability to learn and adapt is essential.
