Summary: We are looking for a skilled Workforce Software Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of our Workforce Management (WFM) software. This role involves close collaboration with HR, IT, and operational teams to ensure the efficient use of the software in managing employee schedules, attendance, and related data.Key Responsibilities: Software Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workforce Management software to meet business requirements, including setting up pay rules, schedules, and leave policies. User Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for users, troubleshoot system issues, and work with software vendors to resolve technical problems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze workforce data and generate reports to support business decisions. Ensure data integrity and accuracy. Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and document functional specifications for system enhancements. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for end-users and create training materials to enhance their understanding and effective use of the Workforce Management software. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workforce management processes and recommend system enhancements or process changes. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure the WFM system complies with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Workforce Management software, preferably with specific experience in Workforce Software. Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring and maintaining WFM systems, with strong knowledge of scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance modules. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and identify system issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting WFM software implementation projects is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications: Certifications related to Workforce Management software or related HRIS systems. HR Knowledge: Understanding of HR policies and workforce management best practices. Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as retail, manufacturing, healthcare, or other sectors with complex workforce management needs.
