Position: SFDC Architect Location: Dallas, TX (2 days/week ONSITE) (MUST be local) Duration: 12+ Months Exp: 12+ years Visa: Any but No OPT/CPT Required Skills and Experience: Experience: 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred. Other relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Integration Tools: Experience with middleware and integration tools such as Mulesoft, Informatica, or Dell Boomi. Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale Salesforce projects from inception to completion. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry-specific business processes and how they can be mapped to Salesforce solutions.Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Cloud Platforms: Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. DevOps: Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools as applied to Salesforce development.
