Title: MS Dynamics365 Architect Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics365 Architect with at least 12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. The role involves collaborating with the D365 SCM project team to design, configure, and integrate tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, and ensuring successful implementations and end-user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Implementation: - Collaborate with D365 F & SCM project team to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions. - Design and configure Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including resource scheduling, work order management, and mobile capabilities. - Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with D365 Finance and SCM. - Customize Dynamics 365 Field Service for specific client needs. 2. Training and Support: - Conduct training sessions for end-users. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation. 3. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. - Extensive experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. - Experience with integration of Dynamics 365 Field Service and D365 F & SCM (preferred). - Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 Field Service modules. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Field Service. - Desirable: CRM Migration and support/maintenance experience.
