Position: Gitlab source control and pipeline migrations Location: 100 % REMOTE Duration: 6-12 Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION: We would need strong profiles specifically around GitLab Key skills : Migration of GitLab repos and pipelines to a central GitLab Saas instance Migration of Jenkins pipelines to GitLab Hands-on experience on Architecting jenkins and Gitlab CI/CD pipeline for different technology stack i.e. Java, .Net, React, Python and COTS applications. Should be having a good pipeline Migration Experience. Proficient in Gitlab, Github, Harness, Go CD, Cloud Bees, and Jenkins for Seamless pipeline Orchestration. Proficient in writing scripted and declarative pipeline using scripting tools like Groovy/Powershell/Go to achieve efficient and automated deployment processes. Expert in writing YAML/JSON based CI/CD pipeline using tools like Azure Devops/ GitHub Actions etc. Proficient in version control systems like GitLab, Github, SVN, Bitbucket, Azure Repos. Expert in integrating multiple CI, CD and security tools (Spinnaker, Octopus Deploy, Snyk) in the pipeline to perform build and deployment in cloud and non-cloud environments. Specialized in developing shared libraries to streamline pipeline management and promote reusability. Experience in configuring coded pipelines to achieve efficient and automated application build and deployment.
