Work with vendors to resolve problems; implement solutions independently *Responsible for problem resolution for advanced technical issues in the environment *Able to communicate verbally and in writing and provide training *Conducts data analysis in support of product acceptance programs and initiatives; collects and analyzes data to identify trends and insights and summarize findings. Develops reports and makes recommendations based on results. Analyzes package mail entry data to reconcile customer payments; monitors and ensure customer payments are received accurately and timely. Develops and presents recommendations to management to improve the monitoring and accuracy of revenue collection. Collaborates with stakeholders to reconcile customer accounts and payments and determine if refunds are warranted. Provides technical advice and guidance to customers, field employees and managers both orally and in writing on commercial product acceptance policies, programs, and regulations.
