This customer is having significant outages related to HPE equipment and needs to scale in order to support the Tier 2/3 technical support in order to remedy this outage. This is a remote position! Top Skills' Details Must haves HPE Tier 2 Technical Support HSS/IHSS - Must be familiar with to work and speak on HSS & IHSS with experience preferred from AT&T or HP.
