Only US Citizen and GC EAD Title: Project Manager Health Plan PMO Duration: Long Term, Location: Remote Job Description Project Manager who works with business partners to identify and implement scope for medium to large sized projects. Projects are business oriented in nature often with data, process and/or system configuration changes, focused on end-to-end (E2E) process optimization. Works with limited guidance and is responsible for applying project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project deliverables, processes, and systems. Required: A minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role, 7 for a Project Manager Sr A minimum 3 years of experience in the Health Insurance Industry (Payer), 5 for a Project Manager Sr Bachelors degree Preferred: MBA or equivalent Degree PMP or equivalent Certification Tools: Required o Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Power Point, OneNote) o Microsoft Teams o SharePoint Responsibilities: Work with Business and IT Stakeholders to understand the parameters (Scope, Schedule, and Cost) of projects. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Tracks milestones, deliverables, and change requests. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Skills: Proven experience in project management and software development.
