http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1451225&uid= From: Ramashankar, vyzeinc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Title: Cloud Engineer (Intune Device Management) Security Clearance: NATO Secret Language: High proficiency level in English language MOI: SKypeEssential Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer specializing in Microsoft Intune and M365 collaboration tools Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, and Amazon AWS platforms Expertise in configuring and managing Microsoft Intune, including device policies, application deployment, and compliance settings Ability to develop and enforce Intune app protection policies for corporate data security Demonstrated experience in device management, security configurations, and compliance standards Familiarity with the NATO Enterprise Cloud Operating Model (NECOM) is a plus Strong proficiency in Power scripting and automation for managing cloud environments In-depth knowledge of governance, compliance, and security best practices for device management Experience integrating cloud services with enterprise IT environments and managing API integrations DUTIES/ROLE: Device Management Policies: Configure and manage comprehensive device management policies using Microsoft Intune Ensure device and data security across the organization Application Deployment: Oversee the deployment and management of applications and software updates through Intune Ensure devices remain secure, up-to-date, and performant Conditional Access Policies: Implement and manage conditional access policies and device compliance settings Protect sensitive organizational resources based on user and device risk levels Troubleshooting and Support: Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for device enrollment, configuration, and management issues Ensure a seamless user experience Device Health Monitoring: Regularly monitor the health and security posture of managed devices Proactively address vulnerabilities and compliance deviations Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline Intune management processes Enhance operational efficiency Device Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with hardware vendors and procurement teams to manage the lifecycle of corporate-owned devices Oversee the acquisition, management, and retirement of devices App Protection Policies: Configure and enforce Intune app protection policies to secure corporate data on both company-owned and personal (BYOD) devices Ensure data protection and compliance Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, usage, and management activities Provide insights into device fleet health and security Collaboration with IT Support: Work closely with the IT support team to resolve complex device-related issues Serve as a subject matter expert in mobile device management Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation for Cloud Operations processes, configurations, and workflows Provide training and support to other staff as required for knowledge and information sharing Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with IT security, compliance, and other relevant teams to ensure cohesive Cloud Operations strategies Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and address concerns Will be part of a team providing Technical Level 2 and 3 support, ensuring the secure, available, managed and compliant delivery of Public Cloud Services to NATO and its Strategic Commands Will work primarily remotely, providing services during Core working hours of the Cloud Operations team (Brussels / BEL) The measurement of execution for this work is sprints, with each sprint planned for a duration of 1 week Keywords: information technology urgent : Cloud Engineer (Intune Device Management) [email protected] http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1451225&uid= |
