| From: Deepika, Teamware Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Role : Tecnomatix Consultant - Modeling & Simulation Location: Warren, OH (Onsite) Duration: 12+ Months TECHNICAL/FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: Experience 12 to 16 Years At least E3 level expertise in Modeling complex Automotive / EV manufacturing System (Assembly / Bodyshop / Painting / Underbody Welding / Trim lines) performing Discrete Event Simulations / Material Flow Analysis identifying multiple What-if scenarios in the real manufacturing Performing multiple What-if scenarios Bottle neck analysis Line balancing Developing custom reports Understanding the reports and suggesting recommendations / changes Able to build logics and create simulation models based on various production logics.. Should have strong programming knowledge C / C++ / Python. Strong knowledge on industrial engineering terminologies like takt time, cycle time, MTBF, MTBR, OEE etc. Experience working with tools like Tecnomatix, Anylogic, Flexsim etc (preferably Tecnomatix). Automotive manufacturing and assembly process knowledge. Should have good experience using Excel VBA and other microsoft packages. Experience using 3D Modelling and CAD tools. Develop custom libraries. Qualification: Bachelors in Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering (Masters preferred). ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Hands on with delivering simulation projects Taking ownership of the Modeling & Simulation activities working with customers in their facility Interacting with the Manufacturing System Engineering team Understanding the requirements and estimating the efforts required Creating Technical proposal and work with TCS Business teams in providing required inputs for commercials Defending the simulation outcomes and the recommendations Developing a team of Modeling & Simulation experts & Mentoring.
