Title: Salesforce Sr. Developer/ Tech Lead Client: New York Life Location: Onsite 2 days a week @ Clinton Township, NJ Bill Rate: $70/hr on c2c. Job Description: Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements. Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team. Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems. Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing. Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts. Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement. Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution. Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions, including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions. Required Skills: More than 8 years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service Cloud. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and Salesforce Lightning. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I and II). Leading technical teams and managing Salesforce projects. Agile development methodologies and tools. Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components. Additional experience with Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning is a plus. Experience building integrations with Salesforce and 3rd-party APIs with the Salesforce platform. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API Extensive development experience using Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform. Strong knowledge of ReactJS, JavaScript frameworks, and SLDS framework.
