Experience in data visualization and using tools such as Tableau, D3.js, or similar is highly desirable.   Technical Skills: Proficiency in Figma and FigJam is mandatory. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision is a plus. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.   Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct and analyze user research and usability testing. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret and visualize data in a clear and effective manner.
