Role: System Analyst Location Austin, TX (Hybrid) Local to TX Visa USC/GC Duration: Long Term With Local DL and LinkedIn must Systems Analyst with prior experience working on projects involving Data Warehousing for a long-term contract in Austin, TX. This position will work in a hybrid work setting of 2 days onsite., 3 days remote. ** You must currently reside within the Austin Metropolitan area** The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aligning information technology systems with business operations by analyzing, recommending, and developing innovative reporting solutions. If selected, you will be working with Information Technology and Business resources to discover, analyze, and inventory legacy reports including but not limited to SAS(Statistical Analysis System) routines. This position requires the ability to clearly document and communicate processes/requirements to both Business and Technical resources. If selected for this position, your duties will include, but not be limited to the following: Coordinating and facilitating business stakeholder meetings to discover, analyze, inventory, document legacy reports including, but not limited to, SAS routines. Collecting and documenting requirements in an organized manner. Assisting in the evaluation of technical solutions and make recommendations based on sound reasoning. Adhering to software development processes, preparing detailed technical documentation, and generating work estimates in an SDLC environment. Working both independently and as part of project team interacting with product owners, internal/external stakeholders, applications, and other Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse staff to discover, analyze, inventory, document and assist in implementing solution. Providing guidance and knowledge sharing to existing development staff. Developing processes and procedures for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence infrastructure.
