Understand the requirements of Safety, Corporate Security, and Police (APD) departments. Develop strategies to extract and articulate functional business requirements from various business units. Lead sessions/meetings with functional business subject matter experts to gather requirements. Document all business, functional, and technical requirements for the S&S project teams, including: Requirements Specifications Use Cases Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Create detailed documentation of current and future state business and technical processes. Develop proficiency with Lead BA-related PMLP delivery documentation. Participate in weekly meetings with project and S&S teams. Provide functional testing surge support with development teams as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Collaborative and proactive personality. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field. 8-10 years of experience in documenting functional and technical business requirements. Proven problem-solving abilities. Experience in documenting system functional and technical requirements. Experience with the MS PowerSuite, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and PowerBI. Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills.
