The process owner will be responsible for ensuring high levels of performance of the ITSM processes. Responsible for accurate and timely reporting and establishing service improvement activities, when required. Responsible for overseeing all related processes and ensuring they are effectively executed. Implements improvements and strategies to support the goals and objectives of the organization.
