| From: SAM, Global IT Family [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Posting ID: LRLGJP00007936 Job Title: eCommerce Project Manager II Duration: 05/06/2024 to 05/01/2026 Location: 435 Hudson Street, New York, NY USA 10014 Capacity: Hybrid 2-3 days per week in office, days in office is flexible dependent on team priorities Interview Process: Max 3 interviews E-commerce Project Manager (Consultant), Kiehls DMI OVERVIEW: The E-commerce Project Manager is responsible for the day to day management of team operations which includes quality assurance of digital content asset packing, liaising with cross-functional teams on timelines and communications regarding all e-commerce projects across Site Content, Site Experience (UX/UI, E-Merchandising) & the E-Business, Beauty Tech & CRM teams. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 4+ years experience in project management and e-commerce Attention to detail a must and strong organizational & communication skills required as this role will be working directly with multiple key stakeholders and various subject matter experts Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong prioritization skills along with the ability to set clear milestones and timelines Exceptional understanding of strategy and operations related to the delivery of projects Understanding of the e-commerce landscape Bachelor's degree or related fields Experience working with Global markets and APAC a plus Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES Key responsibilities include: Liase and coordinate projects and collaboration funnel between the Site Content, Site Experience (UX/UI, E-Merchandising) & the E-Business, Beauty Tech & CRM teams.
