| Position: Java Lead with Crypto and Rust Experience [NO H1B ] Location: O'Fallon, MO [Hybrid] Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of blockchain and cryptocurrency applications. Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, testing, and architecture. Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. Write high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and Rust. Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Solutions: Develop and integrate cryptocurrency solutions, including wallets, payment gateways, and smart contracts. Implement secure and efficient blockchain protocols and consensus algorithms. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and services. Security and Performance: Ensure the security and integrity of blockchain applications through rigorous testing and code reviews. Optimize application performance to handle large volumes of transactions and data. Innovation and Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and related technologies. Explore new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance the development process. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Lead or Senior Java Developer with a strong background in cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. Proficiency in Rust programming language. Skills: Strong expertise in Java and Rust programming languages. In-depth knowledge of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and consensus algorithms. Experience with blockchain frameworks and platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda). Proficiency in cryptographic protocols and secure coding practices. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with smart contract development and decentralized applications (DApps). Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, Go, Solidity).
