Position: Lead Power BI Developer Location: Irving, TX (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Start Date: Immediate Joiner (must be able to join within 3-4 days or a maximum of one week) Minimum- 11 Years of experience Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated PowerBI Lead Developer/SME to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerBI development and reporting, with the ability to work onsite and start immediately. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain PowerBI reports and dashboards to support business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports by implementing best practices in data validation and quality checks. Work with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) packages and MicroStrategy to create comprehensive and detailed reports. Optimize report performance and enhance the user experience. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to report generation and data visualization. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in PowerBI and BI tools. Required Skills: Proven experience in PowerBI development and reporting. Strong knowledge of SSRS packages. Experience with MicroStrategy. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Immediate availability to join within 3-4 days or a maximum of one week. Nice to Have: Consulting background. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Snowflake. Familiarity with Databricks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BI development and reporting. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
