An Oracle expert is needed to guide our key stakeholders in the new system and properly test deliverables as scoped while communicating best practices in Oracle. The role will have a strong emphasis on methodically testing areas within Oracle with a hands-on approach to both test creation and execution. Mandatory 5+ years experience in Oracle HCM/ ADP payroll integration 5+ years of HCM Payroll experience 3+ years of SQL development experience or equivalent debug reporting in Oracle Demonstrated functional support of Oracle Implementations Exposure to International (Non-USA) Payroll requirements Expertise in Oracles Core HR components Proficiency with testing interfaces/integrations with 3rd party vendors Ability to debug Core HR/ International Payroll issues from our business testers from a functional and technical perspective. Engagement with technical teams on design defects and liaise with the business community through resolution. Background in creating a set of test cases that transparently proves to the International Community that different modules/interfaces are production ready.
