Knowledge of Oracle Cloud (mostly focused on Service) Service Cloud, (incorporates the following) Service Logistics, Field Service, Assets/Install Base, Subscriptions, and Spares Management. 2-3 implementations would be a good experience level to come in with. Lead roles (within the areas above) would be ideal. (nice to have) Knowledge of Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain. Knowledge of Oracle eBS in the above-mentioned areas is preferred. Knowledge of Salesforce (will be using it for sure but does not need to be 100% proficient on this) Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Digital Experience (Communities). Knowledge of Sales Cloud is preferred. Ability to design and manage complex integrations between multiple CRM and ERP systems, including, but not limited to Oracle and Salesforce. Experience with reporting platforms like Tableau is preferred.
