| Hi All, The DevOps engineer we are looking for needs to have core software engineering skills along with DevOps. An ideal candidate would be a good general software engineer (preferably full stack) with tremendous experience with DevOps. Role: Full Stack Devops Engineer Location: Boston, MA - Onsite Type: 12+ Months Contract No OPT/CPT Project Start date: 15th June Must have: 10+ years of experience in Devops spanning across multiple tools and techniques, Cypress, Elixir Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application building, testing, and deployment processes. Manage and administer Linux systems, building system initialization and configuration scripts as needed. Develop shell scripts other tooling to automate routine tasks and streamline application deployment and management. Implement and manage containerized deployment pipelines for both local and cloud development and testing. Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems to enhance development, testing, and observability of applications. Implement and improve test automation tool pipelines for speed, reliability, and reporting. Collaborate closely with developer teams and project management to align DevOps strategies with organizational goals. Document processes and procedures for application building, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: Must have at least 10+ years of experience in Devops spanning across multiple tools and techniques Proven experience in developing CI/CD processes for application building, testing, and deployment. Experience with GitLab CI/CD or in-depth experience with multiple other CI/CD frameworks. Strong experience developing software in multiple programming languages, JavaScript preferred, Elixir a plus. Strong experience with containerized deployment tools and systems, Docker and Podman preferred, Kubernetes a plus. Experience in implementing and configuring monitoring and logging systems, familiarity with Datadog a plus. Experience with Cloud infrastructure deployment preferred, Azure experience a plus. Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, familiarity with Cypress a plus. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts and best practices to both technical and non-technical team members.
