| Data Analyst (Healthcare) 100% Remote, MUST currently reside in TX GC and USC Need local DL Role Description: This resource will lead the migration efforts from legacy system to new modernize system at State hospitals. This includes comprehensive planning, data assessment, cleansing, and mapping to ensure compatibility with the new system. Key Activities/Responsibilities: This resource will document all phases of the migration process, engage with clinical and IT stakeholders for requirements gathering, and ensure clear communication throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. This resource ensures that design complies with client standards. This task also involves setting up validation and auditing processes to maintain data integrity post-migration. This resource will perform necessary testing of the migration process, including creating and executing Unit test scripts, managing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and debugging issues. This resource will utilize established software development and testing standards to ensure the reliability and functionality of the new SaaS solution. This resource will provide regular updates on the migration progress to all project stakeholders including immediate managers, technical leads, developers, and business analysts. This resource will use ticketing systems for information sharing and problem resolution. This resource will prepare and deliver presentations and updates to both internal and external audiences to explain the migration process, system functionality, and technical challenges. This resource will facilitate the smooth transition to the new system by providing strategic oversight and support post-migration. This includes training end-users, preparing comprehensive system documentation, and recommending strategies for optimizing system performance based on feedback and performance metrics. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience with database management systems and data migration, with a strong emphasis on healthcare EHR systems, experience in InterSystems Cach Database, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar database scripting, crucial for the efficient migration of data to new System. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies and Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology Thank you!
