Candidates with Technical and management skills given stronger preference. Life sciences experience preferred. Experience with handling customers at SLT and VP level. Proficiency in Python and have 8+ years of experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras Experience in developing Fast API and documentations Experience working with SQL, NoSQL, Elastic, Files etc. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services, such as AWS (must), GCP, or Azure 8+ years of experience with advanced natural language processing ( NLP ) techniques and tools, such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face Familiarity with data visualization tools and libraries, such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly =================================== Role: Capacity Manager (Preferred Independent Visa) Job Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Proven experience in IT capacity management, particularly with critical applications and on-premises infrastructure. At least 5 years as capacity manager in medium to large enterprise Experience with Hypervisor, Kubernetes, Databases, BMC True Sight Capacity Optimization. Expertise in Resource Management; Technological, Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management, including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence Good knowledge of infrastructure management Strategic planning (e.g., roadmap creation and execution) Manage the development and maintenance of capacity management reports and dashboards that provide insights into capacity utilization and performance. Strong experience of building capacity/forecasting models and plans and undertaking complex analysis to build information.
