We are only asking for 2 years of Workday experience, but if they have more, and know how to do integrations, and have SAP experience as well, even better . Qualifications: Bachelors Degree (Information Systems, Information Technology and/or related fields is preferred) 2+ years of HRIS Experience Prior experience with Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits and Compensation) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with SAP HR/Payroll Software Prior experience with data integrity analytics, reporting, and system control practices Demonstrated knowledge of overall Human Resources, Compensation, Recruiting and/or Benefits Responsibilities: Partner with HR, IT and Payroll to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting HR data integrations as well as the accurate, timely and efficient processing of HR transactions and payroll. Provide day-to-day system monitoring and user support. Create, review and participate in functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance; two major upgrades per year as well as weekly enhancements. Partner with all areas of HR (Training, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) regarding the setup and configuration of HR modules and business process (BP) configuration. Partner with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards.
