Strong experience with OOTB connectors such as SAP S4, GRC, Hana, Active directory, Azure, Salesforce, workday, ServiceNow, Rest and SCIM connectors. Experience with Recertification, custom rules and workflow development, upgrades, patches, Infrastructure maintenance etc. Expertise in SailPoint troubleshooting, root cause analysis and leading P1/P2 incident bridge calls. Lead operations experience managing and advising junior members on technical front, performing code reviews, change control and instituting coding best practices. Required SailPoint Engineer certification.
