The candidate must have extensive knowledge of Business Analysis practices, strong skills in gathering and documenting requirements, and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle. The role requires independent work with significant initiative and judgment, and familiarity with market testing tools. A relevant bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of experience are required In this role, you will be responsible for documenting existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a clear system map for a new case management system implementation.
