Work independently and be responsible for proactively participating and supporting all phases of a Project or Program's lifecycle. Oversee medium to complex projects. Demonstrate an understanding and experience with SDLC, Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Provide status updates with project plans or roadmaps that clearly depict where the projects are along with any risks, roadblocks and dependencies. Essential Functions: This role is specific to End User Computing and IT Service Management within Infrastructure. Types of projects are Windows Upgrades, end of lifecycle projects, Service Improvement Initiatives, MECM, IT Asset Management Operations) Manage multiple medium to complex projects with internal and external partners and teams. These projects may impact multiple business units and functions and are time critical to the organization. Collaborate with all levels of management including executives, business, and operational departments regarding project scope and deliverables (outcomes). Understand the intended outcomes of the project and ensure the outcomes are realistic and measurable. Collaborate with the team to define the scope and who is responsible for delivering work and when it will be delivered. This includes deliverables required to complete all of the project work, cross-functional resource assignments, estimates of effort to complete project deliverables resulting in work plans, iterations and release plans with schedules and dependencies between team members and tasks. Develop roadmaps and track dependencies for planning purposes. Facilitate change management including backlog maintenance, change of requirements and/or prioritization of scope and tasks as well as updates to release and work plans.
