Role: Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labour) Payroll Consultant Location: King of Prussia, PA/ Milford, OH. :: Onsite Role :: Duration: Contract Role Description: Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound/outbound interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications. Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business/technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs. Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc. Knowledge of Oracle patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements. Expertise in Payroll processes. Experience with personalization/customization and utilizing Oracle APIs and creating webADI integrators. Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support. Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes. Understanding change management process. Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations. Working with HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals. Provide support to Business users as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues. Identify and use latest technology to provide solutions that meet the needs of our customers in the most cost-effective way. Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology is a plus.
