The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS and GCP, and a strong background in building and managing data pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using technologies such as EMR, Airflow, and Teraform. Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and GCP. Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility. Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes to ensure high availability and performance. Optimize and troubleshoot data pipelines and cloud infrastructure for efficiency and reliability. Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide technical expertise and support to the team on cloud and data engineering best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cloud data engineering and DevOps. Expertise in AWS and GCP cloud platforms. Strong proficiency in data pipeline tools such as EMR, Airflow, and Terraform. Solid understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure management. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in AWS or GCP. Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure). Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes.
