Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of SAP MDG with a focus on supplier data management. Oversee the integration of SAP MDG with Quality Info Record (QIR) and ensure proper linkage with plants and the qualification process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline the supplier qualification process. Utilize Ariba SLP to manage supplier lifecycle, performance, and compliance with internal controls. Develop and enforce phase-appropriate purchasing controls to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Provide expert guidance and training to stakeholders on SAP MDG and related processes. Monitor and improve master data quality, ensuring accurate and up-to-date supplier information. Support the design and implementation of data governance policies, procedures, and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MDG and supplier data management. Qualifications: Proven experience as an SAP MDG Expert, particularly in supplier management. In-depth understanding of Quality Info record (QIR), plant linkage, and supplier qualification processes. Extensive knowledge of Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) solutions. Strong grasp of phase-appropriate purchasing controls and data governance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
