Required Skills: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience) Education - Bachelor of Science or Engineering (or 4 additional years of work experience) 10 years of experience in IT, with 5+ years of Dynatrace Monitoring experience, and at least 3 years of experience in Dynatrace observability at the Engineering/Architect level. Deep expertise and hands-on experience in observability and monitoring technologies and tools, such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and SolarWinds 3+ years- experience leveraging Dynatrace SaaS, DQL, and Logs on Grail Must have experience migrating from Dynatrace on-prem (Managed Solution) to Dynatrace SaaS Must have at least one Dynatrace related certification Strong knowledge and experience in cloud-based architecture, especially Azure. Azure Solutions Architect certification would be a definite plus. Expert in developing monitoring dashboards Experienced at developing Dynatrace dashboards for business processes, preferably leveraging Dynatrace Business Events Experience in designing and implementing observability solutions for complex, distributed, systems and applications. Must have strong automation/scripting skills Expertise in enterprise architecture and familiarity with key design patterns and paradigms. Experience in working with DevOps, CI/CD, and agile methodologies. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in developing and maintaining technical documentation, runbooks, and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
