Must Have: QNXT, UAT testing Role: Sr. Business Analyst Salesforce Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Client: Sentara 2 openings Job Description: QNXT Project implementation experience Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial knowledge (at least one of the three) Salesforce experience (recent, relevant salesforce experience as a BA) Soft expert level communication skills and ability to lead meetings in a way that is more assertive with business requirements and needs rather than order taking. Must Haves : Bachelors Degree Business requirements elicitation/documentation experience, Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial experience (one of the 3) knowledge of project lifestyle UAT testing experience is a HUGE plus Day to Day: (Job description provided by Hiring Managers) The ideal candidate must be a team player with a positive attitude, possess an ability to take initiate, and be a self-starter. The main function of the BAs is to elicit and document business requirements, conduct UAT, and drive projects for the business areas as SMEs. They should have a strong background in project implementations, requirements gathering & documentation, QNXT, Medicaid/Medicare/Commercial LOBs, communication, and most importantly have a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Gather and document business requirements for implementation projects Write acceptance criteria for user stories and ensure project deliverables meet these criteria Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders and escalate as necessary Conduct UAT for identified business requirements Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented and tested Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and drive decisions Manage project scope and timelines to ensure projects deliverables are on time Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, process maps, and requirements documentation Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a health plan environment Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements Documenting and driving review sessions for requirements gathering Member enrollment/EDI834 experience (Enrollment/ EDI is much easier to train than the basic business requirement skillset - so if there is a heavy hitter with all other requirements but not as strong in Enrollment/EDI will submit) Sales/Broker experience (Only for the Sales/Broker Workstream) Salesforce (applicable to both) Edifecs (Most important for candidates with a strength in Enrollment piece) Process mapping QNXT(not required for Sales and Marketing/broker; but preferred for both workstreams) Commercial/Medicaid/Medicare LOB experience (not everyone is required to have commercial experience - but they do need some with Commercial as this is new territory for the team and MUST have strong experience on either Medicaid/Medicare OR Commercial to even be considered) Jira Risk analysis Gap analysis Leading & driving meetings Presenting to large audiences Project experience Waterfall & Agile methodology; understanding of the different project phases Thanks & Regards, Mohd Sarfraz Team Lead HireKeyz Inc. 10451 Mill Run Circle, Suite 710, Owings Mills, MD -21117 Email :: [email protected] https://www.linkedin.com/in/mohd-sarfraz-73b8a2163/ Disclaimer : -- Keywords: business analyst information technology green card Maryland Remote job for Sr. Business Analyst Salesforce [email protected] |
