Soft Skills Needed leadership, communication What are the top 3 skillsets : Strong technical developer in Go working on new Ad Tech platform services Work with technical leads to design new system, build it, and support it through deployment Hands on development as well as technical leadership roles within the team Typical Duties Develop backend eCommerce web and merchandising applications using cloud platform technologies Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on product design and implementation Work with full-stack engineers to build and ship features Identify and uphold engineering best practices Monitor performance, identify usability issues, and rectify them Review application and feature code, and plan future API upgrades with the development team Requirements At least 10+ years of experience Advanced GO programming skills with a strong understanding of data structures and microservices architecture Extensive experience with modern libraries and tooling Proven experience in building RESTful APIs and a deep understanding of REST principles Proficiency in using Docker or similar technologies, GIT, CI/CD, and writing unit/integration tests In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra) Significant experience with messaging architectures (Kafka or equivalent) Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience as a technical developer in Go for Ad Tech platform services, including collaboration with technical leads on system design, development, and deployment Hands-on development and technical leadership within the team Have a nice day!
