Scripting Proficiency: Skill in writing and optimizing scripts (JavaScript) to automate CMDB processes and enhance functionality. Integration Competence: Experience in integrating CMDB with various tools and systems to ensure data consistency and reliability. Troubleshooting Skills: Proficiency in identifying and resolving CMDB-related issues promptly to maintain data integrity. IT Asset Management (ITAM) Knowledge: Understanding of ITAM principles and practices to effectively manage IT assets within the CMDB. Change Management Understanding: Familiarity with change management processes and their impact on CMDB data to ensure accuracy during changes.
