With 15 to 18 years of experience, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to manage and enhance our data capabilities, ensuring high-quality data management and governance practices that support our strategic objectives and drive impactful decisions. Roles & Responsibilities : - Work with the client to guide them on DG DQ journey, which may include understanding current landscape, best practices, gaps. - Who can guide them on the migration of the current tool to the new tool or enhancing the existing tool (post POCs) - Customer is evaluating Ataccama and Collibra for their tool of choice (Collibra is the existing tool) - Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive data governance and data quality strategies using Collibra and Ataccama. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data governance needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Design and oversee the execution of data quality improvement projects, utilizing Collibra Data Quality to enhance data accuracy and reliability. - Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide expert guidance on best practices in data governance and data quality management. - Conduct regular data quality audits and assessments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. - Monitor industry trends and advancements in data governance technologies, recommending and implementing innovative solutions as appropriate. - Foster a culture of data literacy and data-driven decision-making within the organization. - Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively on project progress and outcomes. - Ensure the scalability and sustainability of data governance frameworks and practices.
