| From: mohit, Spar [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello; Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) Consultant Remote Long Term Mandatory Skills- Workday HCM implemented Workday Strategic sourcing at a large organization certified currently or in the recent past As a Workday Strategic Sourcing (WSS) Consultant, your primary responsibilities include: Identification of business requirements related to procurement processes, including spend analysis, supplier management, and contract management. Functional and process design for P2P/S2P activities, incorporating strategic sourcing best practices to optimize cost savings and supplier relationships. Scenario design, flow mapping, prototyping, and testing of Workday configurations to streamline procurement workflows and enable strategic sourcing initiatives. Leading workshops to educate clients on Workday's functionalities for P2P/S2P and strategic sourcing. Conducting working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements specific to procurement and sourcing. Supporting architecting Workday P2P/S2P solutions that integrate seamlessly with strategic sourcing strategies. Advising clients on industry standards and leading practices in procurement and strategic sourcing, including cost reduction techniques, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation. Demonstrating design options through prototypes that showcase how Workday can improve efficiency and effectiveness in procurement activities. Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies to ensure successful implementation of P2P/S2P functionalities and strategic sourcing best practices. Supporting sales/GTM activities as a WSS SME Heres what you need: Workday Financials Certification and WSS certification (desirable). However, will consider candidates with equivalent customer side experience. Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience, with a focus on procurement or strategic sourcing. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Workday Financials experience, demonstrating expertise in P2P/S2P functionalities. Minimum of 2 years of experience in US and/or Global Financials Operations, including procurement processes. Project experience with Workdays strategic sourcing and proficiency in multiple business processes: PTP, SCM, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Ability to travel up to 25% for customer onsite sessions.
