| Title : Senior Business Systems Analyst- VSOMS Location: North Chesterfield, Virginia (Locals only) Visa : USC/GC Client : State of Virginia Onsite interview Must have Prior any State client experience Overview: We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with 6+ years of experience to assist in enhancing and supporting sex offender management systems, including the Virginia Sex Offender Management System (VSOMS) and its interfaces. The successful candidate will aid in transitioning from paper-based to automated processes and will be responsible for creating DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows that interface with VSOMS and other systems. Responsibilities: Lead the review, analysis, and evaluation of current business systems. Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements. Create and evaluate user requirements and system needs. Elicit requirements using techniques such as brainstorming, data mining, document analysis, and user interviews. Produce requirements artifacts like Field Definition Matrix, Business Rules, and Interface Requirements. Perform gap analysis on existing requirements against current business needs. Support organizational change management efforts. Facilitate risk analysis. Participate in the creation and review of project test plans. Lead user acceptance testing with business stakeholders. Define roles and access rights for applications. Collaborate with vendors to meet project needs. Create training materials and provide end-user training. Required Skills and Experience: Experience in developing DocuSign eSignature forms and workflows, including customizing form behaviors using JavaScript. Strong organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to develop positive working relationships. Proficiency in Organizational Change Management. Experience implementing cloud-hosted SaaS solutions. Understanding of business analysis concepts, including risk assessment interpretation. Ability to produce requirement-related artifacts such as test cases, requirements traceability matrix, business rules, interface requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, error validations, and role-based system profiles. Experience managing security access and user profile management. Collaborative work style with various groups and vendors to document requirements. Skills in analyzing functional/nonfunctional system requirements and re-engineering business processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in non-technical terms. Proficiency with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). Experience working on criminal justice projects is a plus. Work Environment: The incumbent must work full-time onsite at the headquarters in North Chesterfield, Virginia. Have a nice day!
