We need NEW candidates ONLY The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) seeks to digitize and automate current paper-based records to streamline access to information across the agency. VDH is digitizing its paper-based records for storage and management in SharePoint. VDH seeks a SharePoint Architect to support the digitization effort by creating and managing SharePoint sites for customers across the agency. Advise customers on SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform features and how they apply to their unique needs Implement an agencywide records and document management automation system Collaborate with stakeholders to create consistent user-friendly design and implementation approach Understand and apply records management principles/rules based on individual customer requirements Create complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate Apply user UI/UX best practices to ensure 508 compliance, adherence to VDH design standards and provide a seamless user experience Understand and troubleshoot security issues, customer questions and other inquiries as needed Understand and apply VDH approved standards and processes Develop a SharePoint Records Center using retention labels to manage required retention policies, creating and managing file plans and building simple workflows and processes Develop solutions that comply with existing security protocols and guidelines Identify and escalate items that are architecturally significant and thereby affect development design/approach/solution Engage in consistent and ongoing interactions with customer subject matter experts Facilitate trainings and education opportunities Other duties as needed 5 years previous experience as a SharePoint and/or Microsoft Power Platform Developer 3 years UI experience 3 years UX experience 3 years of experience developing custom SharePoint solutions Ability to manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center Experience with SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library configuration, view creation, and metadata management Extensive knowledge and experience with Power Platform Components (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI, Power Pages, etc), Migration manager, etc Required/Desired Skills Skill Required /Desired Amount of Experience Previous experience as a SharePoint or Microsoft Power Platform Developer/Architect Required 5 Years Developing custom SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions Required 5 Years Implementing records and document management systems Required 3 Years Creating complex workflows and business processes using Power Automate Required 3 Years Ability to manage Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Center Required 3 Years Experience with SharePoint site creation, UI/UX design, document library configuration, view creation, and metadata management Required 3 Years Proficiency with Power Platform Components (PowerApps, Power Automate/Flow, Power BI, Power Pages, etc), Migration manager, etc. Required 3 Years Preferred: Required 0 In-depth understanding of SharePoint in a records management, information governance or compliance role ideally with strong Records Management knowhow Highly desired 2 Years In-depth understanding of the Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory, and O365 platforms Desired 2 Years BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience Desired 5 Years Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Highly desired 2 Years Exam SC-900: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals Desired 2 Years Exam MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administration Desired 2 Years Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Desired 2 Years Thanks & Regards Sudheer Kondaveti Recruitment Associate Office: (470) 560-3648 E-Mail: sudheerk @codeforce.com Your feedback is important to us and will help improve our recruitment process!
