Lead Agile transformations and implement best practices. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Engage with leadership to promote Agile values and principles. Track and report on team performance and Agile maturity. Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops. Assist teams in identifying and resolving impediments. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Advocate for changes to support Agile practices. Preferred skills and qualifications Certification as agile coach or scrum master Experience in coaching at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies Educational background in computer science.
