Oversee the configuration and customization of the Asset Management module, ensuring accurate tracking and management of hardware and software assets. Monitor and manage the asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement of IT assets. Perform regular data audits and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CMDB and Asset Management databases. Create and maintain asset management reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making and compliance requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for asset management-related issues and ServiceNow platform performance. Conduct user training and create documentation for asset management processes and ServiceNow usage. Implement and manage access controls and security measures to protect asset data. Participate in the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, and standards for asset management operations. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow applications and integrations.
