| Hi, Role: Scrum Master Location: Remote - Rhode Island Type: Contract No OPT/CPT Rate: $55/hr. On C2C Mandatory Skills: Scrum Master with Interoperability (FHIR), EMR Integration knowledge, Excellent communication skills Required Skills 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, enhancing business understanding of Agile values and principles. 5+ years of payer healthcare experience. Good Knowledge of Interoperability - HL7 V2.X, CCDA, FHIR, EDI X12, EMR Must have good Leaderships Skills as this role. Good experience of writing user stories Experience working closely with software development teams, understanding technical requirements. Should be able to demonstrate the continuous improvement of processes. Good knowledge of Agile frameworks ( Kanban/Scrum) A hands-on technical background, preferably experience of writing code, etc. Good understanding of healthcare payor domain Experience with Azure DevOps Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation projects using methodologies such as SCRUM, KANBAN etc. Fostering an effective and productive working environment and guiding others to understand scrum values, principles, and practices. Facilitates scrum ceremonies and enables others on the scrum team to also facilitate these ceremonies Ensures thorough execution of all scrum ceremonies following industry best practices. Works with Product Owner to define minimal valuable product and/or prioritizes backlog to maximize value. Ensure performance indicators (velocity, satisfaction, team commitment, deadline) are understood and respected by the team members during each sprint.
