| Role: Oracle SCM cloud consultant (Pharma/Healthcare Domain) Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Interview: Video Job Description: 10+ years of experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and consulting, with a focus on the Bio-Tech/Life Science domain. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Strong understanding of Bio-Tech/Life Science industry processes, regulations (e.g., FDA, GxP), and compliance requirements. Proven track record of leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders. Oracle Cloud SCM certification(s) preferred. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results within tight deadlines.
