Skills must include understanding how to gather and document requirements, a working knowledge of the software development lifecycle, working under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, and familiarity with the use of standard market testing tools. Requires a bachelors degree in area of specialty and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. In this role, you will be responsible for documenting existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a clear system map for a new case management system implementation. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring a smooth transition to a more efficient case management system. Conduct a thorough analysis of current case management processes through interviews, observation, and document review. Document all aspects of the case lifecycle, including intake, processing, tracking, and closure. Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with the new system. Develop a comprehensive system map or flowchart that visually represents the ideal case management process. Document and communicate process changes to all relevant parties.
