This individual will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions to streamline network operations and enhance overall performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of professional experience in network engineering, with a focus on automation and scripting. Extensive hands-on experience with Python programming and familiarity with related libraries/frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django). Proficiency in utilizing Netbox for IP address management (IPAM), device inventory, and configuration management. Strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs). Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network automation issues effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, DevNet, or equivalent are a plus.
