Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators. Stay updated with Salesforce features, capabilities, and best practices. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Design scalable and robust Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migration strategies. Ensure solutions are aligned with the organization's data governance and security policies. Oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Manage and optimize the performance of the Salesforce environment. Lead Salesforce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful project outcomes. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and user guides. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity, quality, and security within Salesforce. Implement and maintain data management processes, including data cleansing, deduplication, and backup. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce solutions, addressing issues and implementing enhancements as needed. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates and releases. Qualifications: Experience in Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
