Role: Project Manager Work Location: Hybrid, Sacramento 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Duration: Long Term Required Qualifications 1. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, performing project management tasks in support of medium to large information technology projects involving the integration of multiple systems and system interfaces, and development of new system interfaces. Must also have expert knowledge in project scheduling and resource management. 2. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience, within the last seven (7) years, leading cross-functional project teams. Cross-functional project team is defined as various groups of individuals responsible for modifying and enhancing systems designed and developed using differing software languages, tools, frameworks, and architectures coupled with individuals assigned to support various information technology domains; all of which must collaborate to achieve a common goal. 3. All resources must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, leading remote team members. Remote team members are defined as individuals that are allowed to work from home or an alternate location. Must be able to utilize various project management methods and tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, etc.) for communication and engagement to ensure project activities are on track. 4. All resources must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience, within the last five (5) years, with the California Project Management Framework (CA-PMF), information technology concepts, practices, and principles to provide a foundation for technology related work with emphasis on the systems development life cycle (SDLC) including planning, designing, developing, testing and deployment. 5. All resources must have a current and valid Project Management Professional from PMI, in good standing, and provide proof of the certification. The PMP certification must remain active for the duration of the contract. 6. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years acting as liaison between the business and the technical teams in large-scale systems development and integration projects. 7. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7) years coordinating and gathering analysis information, researching methodologies, technical/ legislative report writing, and planning the enhancement of a system experience. Desirable Qualifications 1. Resource has a degree or certificate in Journalism, English, or Communications and minimum of one (1) year experience in a technical subject, such as Web design, software development, etc. 2. Resource has a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of experience understanding and implementing statutory mandates within the criminal justice system. Resources must submit 3 references with client details, reference name, phone number & email id. Also submit copy of degree certificates and any other certifications possessed. Role: Business Solutions Analyst Work Location: Hybrid, Sacramento 10+ years Experience Mandatory. Duration: Long Term Required Qualifications 1. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years with the requisite knowledge and experience to lead, plan, identify, gather, analyze, and document business data , processes, business requirements, business analysis, gap analysis, and business impact analysis, writing documents for technical consumption such as user stories, user interface (UI), use cases, use case diagrams, mock-ups, and sequence diagrams 2. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of experience defining and modelling requirements, designing solution architectures, managing and arranging the business data within the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) standards. 3. All resources are certified with one (1) of the followings: International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or IIBA Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) 4. All resources must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of experience developing, mapping, and validating UAT test documentation (Test scripts, test scenarios, test cases, test data, etc,) and performing UAT. 5. All resource(s) must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience during the last five (5) years of demonstrated experience analyzing, planning, strategizing, tracking, report changes, modeling and documenting business processes that are composed of manual and automated activities and applying relevant Business Review Process (BRP) standards. Desirable Qualifications 1.
